What it does

• Timetable from weekly templates

  The studio sets a regular plan and the system creates classes four weeks ahead — clock changes included.

• Booking a specific spot

  Clients pick their reformer on a room map. Two people can never get the same spot, even in the same second.

• A waitlist that runs itself

  When someone cancels, the first person on the list moves up automatically and gets a notification. Nobody at the desk retypes anything.

• Class packs and an intro offer

  Single classes, 5/10/20 packs, an unlimited month and holiday freezes. The balance always comes from the transaction history.

• Free classes without abuse

  The first class is free once per person — the system checks both email and phone number.

• Studio panel

  Attendance lists, cancelling a class with refunds for everyone, balance corrections and KPIs: occupancy, trial conversion, no-shows.
